SHYMKENT: 28,180 APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM CITIZENS FOR UTILITY PAYMENTS

It was previously reported that according to the instructions of the Head of state Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, certain categories of citizens living in quarantined regions are provided with 15 thousand tenge for utility services.
In this regard, today in the Information and communication center, the head of the Directorate of housing and housing inspection of Shymkent Galymzhan Tolepov announced at a briefing about changes in the rules for providing housing assistance to the population.
-  The ''communal-komek.kz " website was launched in order to receive applications from citizens to receive this assistance. Every citizen can apply for it by including their IIN, social status, and personal accounts. A total of 28,180 applications have been received from April 21 to date. From them, 14,320 citizens were checked for compliance with personal accounts and found to be positive. And 12,479 personal accounts of citizens have not been identified, now they are being checked, - said the head of Directorate.
It should be noted that a Call center has been created in Shymkent to help citizens with social assistance. The center operates from 09: 00am to 06: 00 pm without a break.
