SHYMKENT: ALTERATIONS TO THE CATEGORY OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE HOUSING PROGRAM " 2-10-20" HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED
Applications for the" 2-10-20 "program are accepted by the Shymkent city branch of JSC " Zhilstroysberbank " from May 18 to May 30. Alterations have now been made to the category of program participants. This was announced at a press briefing in ICC by G. Tolepov, the head of Shymkent city Directorate of housing and housing inspection. 
It is known that this year the number of people who want to get housing will be increased under the “Happy family” program. Because the category of citizens who can participate in the program is growing.
Now the program "2-10-20" is open to the following categories of people in need of housing:
- Mothers of many children, large families awarded with medals" Altyn Alka", "Kumis Alka "or got before the title "Batyr ana" as well as mothers awarded the I or II degree "Ana danky" order;
- incomplete family;
- the families which have or bringing up disabled children.
If there is a down payment of 10% of the loan amount, the loan will be issued at a rate of 2% per annum. Term-up to 20 years. The maximum loan amount during the period of early purchase of housing is 15 million tenge.
To participants must have the citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the income for each family member per month must not exceed the subsistence minimum. A 3-year period from the divercement date and confirmation by the local executive body of registration of a person in need of housing and the status of a person in need of housing for the provided category of participants.
