ISSUE OF THREE-SHIFT SCHOOLS WILL BE SOLVED IN STAGES

Today, the city mayor Murat Aitenov visited the school-Lyceum No. 23 named after Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya. This is one of the city's schools where children study in three shifts.
The 1,480-seat school was built in 1961. Today, there are 4,800 children study here. Funds have been allocated from the budget, and an extension for 300 seats is under construction next to the school. The facility's construction is conducted by the company "Umirzak". Contractors promise to hand over the extension in August. Thus, starting from the new school season, children will start studying here in two shifts.
