88 MULTI-STOREY BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTION IN "TURAN" M-D WILL BEGIN THIS YEAR

Today, construction of 42 multi-storey residential buildings has begun in Turan microdistrict. Another 26 residential buildings are being developed by DED. Four of them are 16-storey buildings, 12 are eight - storey and 15 are nine-storey buildings. It is expected that the expertise on them will be ready in May. In addition, a competition was announced for the development of design estimates for 20 multi-storey buildings, and contractors were identified. In General, the construction of 88 houses will begun in Turan by the end of the year. This was reported to the city mayor Murat Aitenov by the head of construction Directorate Yerbol Akhmetov.
"Currently, construction works are under way in Turan by seven contractors, including Otau Stroy, ART Kurylys, and AK ordasy. To date, ditches for foundation have been dug, concreting works are underway," he said.
Mayor drew attention to construction work speed and instructed to attract additional specialists so as not to disrupt the deadlines for completion of facilities. He also instructed to strengthen control over the work progress and report twice a week.
