CALL CENTER FOR UTILITY PAYMENTS HAS STARTED WORKING

A call center for advising citizens to reimburse expenses for utilities in an emergency situation (15 thousand tenge) has started working in Shymkent from April 29.
The center operates from 9:00 to 18:00 without a break.

It should be noted that based on the proposals of state bodies, the following categories of recipients of utility fees have been identified. They are disabled persons of 1, 2, 3 groups; families raising children with disabilities; large families; disabled persons and participants of Great Patriotic war, persons equated to invalids and participants of Great Patriotic war; the families of persons who died in the performance of state or public duties, military service, in preparation for flights into outer space or in flight, while saving human life and observing the rule of law; pensioners receiving low and lower pensions; citizens receiving targeted social assistance, including single pensioners.
