A NUMBER OF BUSINESS FACILITIES WILL RESUME OPERATION IN SHYMKENT FROM MAY 1

This was announced by Deputy mayor of the city Maksut Isakhov at a briefing on the implementation of measures announced by the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The speaker noted during the briefing that on May 1, 2020, the first stage of operation of some business facilities will start in the city.
"The state Commission for ensuring the state of emergency on behalf of the President has considered the possibility of simplifying the quarantine regime. In this regard, a number of service, trade and financial organizations of Shymkent will start their operation from May 1. Strict sanitary and epidemiological requirements must be observed everywhere, " said the Deputy mayor.
According to his information, the dry cleaners, laundries, carpet cleaning by preliminary record if there is a delivery service, centers for repairing household appliances (including office equipment and mobile devices) and industrial equipment by preliminary record if there is a delivery service, car washes (self-service), tire fitting, oil changing centers, service stations, car services (for vehicles registered in the database "Sergek"), turning, welding and furniture shops, beauty salons, hairdressers by preliminary record with increased sanitary standards, ateliers, points for repairing clothing and shoes will resume operation in the service sector.
In the field of trade, the permit will affect trading houses and stores that sell household appliances in online delivery mode, stores that sell seedlings, pesticides, fertilizers, horticultural goods, stores and warehouses that sell spare car parts and tires for trucks, agricultural and construction equipment, as well as car dealerships and optics salons.
As for financial organizations, the microfinance organizations, pawn shops, and exchange offices will start working.
All objects will operate from 10.00 am 06.00 pm.
"The acceptance of applications from these businesses has already begun. Applications must be submitted by citizens before 14.00 on April 30. On the same day, when all applications are promptly reviewed by responsible specialists and documents are confirmed, they will be allowed to work from May 1, " -assured the Deputy mayor.
