SHYMKENT: A ROAD WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN THE 276-BLOCK OF HOUSES OF "SAULE"

This year, the road issues in the 276-block of houses of Saule microdistrict will be resolved. 6 streets will be paved with stones, light and drinking water will be supplied in succession. This was announced today by the city mayor Murat Aitenov.

– At the beginning of the year, the special attention was paid to the issue of roads at the reporting meeting before the population. We will fulfil our promise, said the head of the city.

In General, this block is one of the 41 localities included in the city.

– At first, there was not even a dirt road in the block. People themselves connected the power transmission line with their own forces. There were issues with drinking water. These issues have been solved after joining to the city area,- says Yerezhep Shermatov, the leader of the block.

Today, columns have been installed, drinking water and road documents have been prepared. The most pressing issues will be resolved this year. Streets that were not filled in with stone at the time are also taken into account.

– 25 billion tenge was allocated from the state budget for road repairs in the city this year. This is a significant amount of money. We need to use it in a timely and purposeful manner, said the mayor. Head of the city assigned specific tasks for responsible persons and noted that infrastructure issues of 41 localities that are part of Shymkent will be reviewed.
