11 CASES OF "COVID-19" INFECTION WERE RECORDED IN SHYMKENT

In Shymkent the "COVID-19" infection was detected in eleven citizens. The patients had been in contact with a patient born in 1966, who was found to have a coronavirus infection. These are citizens born in 1983, 1987, 1990, 1988, 1973, 1993, 1994, 1997, 1976, 1995. Eight of them are men and two are women.

And one citizen is a resident of Shymkent, born in 1984. The patient became ill with ARVI and was taken to the infectious diseases hospital.
The diagnosis of COVID-19 was exacted by results of the PCR diagnostic study.

Currently, the condition of patients is satisfactory. In accordance with the approved protocol, the appropriate treatment is performed.

Individuals who have been in contact with patients are identified and all are taken under medical supervision.
 The disinfection works are carried out in the hotbeds of disease.

As of 21.04.2020, 103 people with COVID-19 infection were identified in the city.
