Vehicles and citizens movement portal has been launched

A briefing with the participation of the Deputy mayor of the city M. Isakhov and the head of the local Chamber of entrepreneurs N. Kabishtayev was held in ICC.  It was about the issues of registration in the database "Sergek" for permission to movement around the city.

"We had to refuse the certificates, because there were a lot of fake papers. We addressed to the platform pillikan.kz, they are engaged in the development and implementation of an on-line system."

Citizens may apply on the website shym-karantin.kz. There are forms for pedestrians, public transport and to travel on the roadblocks. The Sergek app will be implemented for verification. It is not related to cameras, but will work on police tablets.

To get permission, it's necessary:
1. Check whether the activity of organizations is allowed, according to the decree No. 9 of 02.04.2020 of the sanitary doctor of Shymkent.
2. Check the availability of data in the “Sergek " system for employees or owners of vehicles for moving around the city, entering or leaving the city during the quarantine period via the website https://shym-karantin.kz/. 
3. If there is no data in the database, you must fill out the form on the site correctly https://shym-karantin.kz/
The database is updated daily.
