OVER 21,000 FAMILIES WILL BE ASSISTED BY THE BIRGEMIZ FOUNDATION

At the initiative of the first President of Kazakhstan-elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, the Republican public Fund "birgemiz"was created. It is supported by large entrepreneurs and patrons of the country. The main task of the Fund is to strengthen the fight against the COVID-2019 pandemic and provide assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population.
At the suggestion of the Nur Otan party, the city Department of employment and social programs has created a list of the most needy families in seven categories recommended by the mayor's office on the basis of the Ministry of labor and social protection of the population through the birgemiz public Fund.
Mayor's offices of Shymkent districts, together with the Department of employment and social programs, monitored the conditions of the most needy families, who were selected and included in a special list. 21,864 Shymkent families will receive financial assistance in the amount of 50 thousand tenge.
According to the press Secretary of the ShCB "Nur Otan" Fatima KHIKMETOVA, funds have been transferred to the accounts of 8804 residents through the "birgemiz-Shymkent" Fund. This work is continuing: assistance will be provided until April 15 to all families who have been included in the lists.
