PAYMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH POSTTERMINALS

Markets, shops and sales outlets in Shymkent have started accepting payments through posterminals. As noted in the mayor's office, this not only prevents the spread of coronavirus, but also restrains shadow business.
This was told at a briefing in the information and communication center by specialists of the Department of state revenue in Shymkent city
"The government's resolution on accepting payments using certain types of services and payment cards was adopted in 2014,"-noted Zhanna TOYBAZAROVA, acting head of the Directorate of public services of Shymkent city. 
The list of individual activities and use of equipment
(devices) designed to accept payments using payment cards include automobile and motorcycle sales, wholesale and retail trade, hotel and restaurant services, insurance, health care, education, and other types of services.- Ensuring the installation and use in places where these types of activities are carried out of installations for accepting payments using payment cards does not apply to individual entrepreneurs or legal entities engaged in wholesale and retail trade in agricultural products of their own production, fish products of their own production; activities carried out through non-stationary commercial objects. In addition, entrepreneurs who have been trading on the markets since the New year have switched to this system. Because they are removed from the patent system. Therefore, the payment must be made through the terminal, - said Gulzhan Shrakbayeva, chief specialist of the state services Department of the revenue Department for Shymkent city.
Citizens who do not have a Bank card can apply by phone to banks or online. The Bank will deliver the ready-made card to their home. Therefore, there is no need to withdraw money from an bank machines.  In addition, entrepreneurs have no problems opening a post-terminal in second-tier banks, experts say. It was noted that administrative measures are applied to objects where a device for accepting payment cards is not installed.
