PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING SOCIAL BENEFITS IN THE AMOUNT OF 42,500 TENGE HAVE BEEN CLARIFIED

The procedure for payment of benefits to citizens who lost their income due to an emergency has been simplified to the maximum in the amount of the minimum wage - 42,500 tenge. This was stated by Maksut ISAKHOV, Deputy mayor of Shymkent at a briefing in the ICC today.
"The President of Kazakhstan stated that the list of citizens for receiving benefits in the amount of 42,500 tenge will be expanded due to the loss of income in an emergency conditions. In this regard, the procedure for paying this type of benefits has been significantly simplified."  
According To M. Isakhov, it is no longer necessary to have an electronic digital signature to apply for benefits. First, it is necessary to register on the e-government portal using an EDS or a one-time password by sending an SMS message to the specified number. Your initials will appear in the right corner, click on them and select the "Electronic applications"service. From the column "Name of the state service", you select the line "Assignment of social payments to participants of the mandatory social insurance system during a state of emergency". The region or city of national significance must be selected. In the "Recipient" field, specify "Department of employment and social programs coordination, in the "Content" field - "Assignment of social payments to participants of the mandatory social insurance system during an emergency".After that, you fill out an application in free form with indicating the full name, address, PIN, phone number and account number in the second-tier Bank. In the application, it is enough to indicate where you worked and how long you lost income. 
The benefit is also paid to officially unregistered employees (taxi drivers, sellers, l, hairdressers, waiters). But there is one requirement: citizens who worked without official registration had to pay a single cumulative payment at least once in the last 11 months. Its a: in cities-1 MCI (2650 tenge), in rural areas – 0.5 MCI (1325 tenge). If there was no single aggregate payment before, now benefits can be obtained through payment. This payment can be made via the mobile app of any second-tier Bank, as well as using a regular mobile phone. To do this, you send the message "GOROD ESP" + your PIN in capital letters in Latin script to the short number 5505 (if you live in a village, then "SELO ESP" + PIN number). To send an SMS message, your mobile phone number must have sufficient amount of money on its balance. 
The social insurance Fund makes a decision within one working day from the moment of submitting the application. The benefit comes to the recipient's account after the decision is made no later than three working days.
