ABOUT 100 VOLUNTEERS ARE HELPING RESIDENTS IN BANK BRANCHES

All branches of Halyk Bank in Shymkent operate in routine mode - from 9.00 am to 06.00 PM, with observing all precautionary measures.
"Bank's divisions have started distributing pensions and benefits from April 1. We accept citizens in turn, keeping the distance between them. We require visitors to wipe their hands with special disinfectants and wear a mask. About 100 volunteers are helping us explain the rules, " says Aizhan Dosymbekova, Deputy head of the city branch of Halyk Bank. 
Residents of Shymkent are expressing their gratitude for such a warm attitude to them from the Bank's employees. "We are grateful to the employees who work despite difficult times. Experts are explaining everything clearly, " - share clients of the bank.
