NEW AIRPORT TERMINAL IS PROMISED TO BE DELIVERED AT THE END OF THE YEAR

In Shymkent,  the construction works of a new passenger terminal at the airport continues. This is a direct instruction of the First President of the country, Nursultan Nazarbayev, and Head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the development of Shymkent.
The first stage of construction and installation works has already been completed. Implementation of second stage  is carried out by "Kurylys Alliance Contract" company. The construction work involves 110 workers and about 10 units of special equipment. 
Work on the second stage has been completed by 43%. Contracts are concluded for the supply of information systems and Luggage equipment, elevators and escalators.
In the future, it is planned to expand the apron for aircraft, construct a new road to the terminal, engineering structures and landscaping.
According to airport representatives, the terminal construction will be completed at the end of this year.
