SHYMKENT MAYOR HAS MET WITH A DELEGATION FROM GERMANY
Murat Aitenov held a meeting with Markert Christian, the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Almaty.
During the meeting, interaction issues, trade and economical, cultural and humanitarian, and investment cooperation between the two countries were discussed. Besides, the parties discussed issues of strengthening economic ties between Shymkent and Germany and implementing joint projects.
The head of the city noted the high level of trade and economical cooperation between Kazakhstan and Germany and the fact that Germany is the main partner of Kazakhstan in the European Union. In addition, the mayor spoke about the economic development and investment potential of the third metropolis.
