RESIDENTS CAN PAY FEES FOR OBTAINING AN IDENTITY CARD BY USING QR CODE
Clients who have issued a passport and identity card in Shymkent Public Service Centers can pay the state fee using a QR code. This was reported by the branch of the state corporation "Government for citizens " in Shymkent.

When applying to the migration service operator, which accepts an application for registration of documents, the client can pay the state fee through the QR-payment system in the HomeBank or Kaspi banking applications without visiting the cash register. This is done on the basis of digitalization of public services within the framework of the Digital Kazakhstan program.

"Previously, with the help of QR, it was possible to prepare and issue acts on land plots, register rights to real estate, condominium objects and pay for services in the field of land relations, real estate and movable property, as well as public services related to the state registration of legal entities. More than 50 clients have already paid for the registration of a document or certificate using a QR code," — said Altynai Tatayeva, the press secretary of the institution.
This system is implemented in all Public Service Centers of the city.

For eight months of 2021, 13,818 thousand public services were rendered in the PSCs of Shymkent for the issuance of passports and identity cards. The amount of the state fee for an identity card is 584 tenge, for a passport – 23,336 tenge.

Payment for public services using a QR code was first launched in November 2020. In general, the State Corporation provides 662 types of public services. Also, a QR code is generated for each service and for each client individually.
