NATIONAL TEAM OF KAZAKHSTAN IS THE LEADER OF THE TEAM EVENT OF TTHE ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP IN BULLET SHOOTING
The 14th Asian Shooting Championship has ended in Shymkent. According to the results of the continental championship, the Kazakhstan team won 12 gold medals. Russian athletes are leading in the team competition with 12 gold, 12 silver and 12 bronze medals.
The second place was taken by the team of Uzbekistan, which won 5 gold, 8 silver and 4 bronze medals, and the third place was taken by the team of Indonesia, which won 5 gold and 3 silver medals.
In general, 176 athletes from 10 countries of the continent took part in the Asian Championship.
Yuri Yurkov, Islam Useinov and Alexey Kleimenov also won the team competitions in air rifle shooting. Irina Loktionova and Eldar Imankulov won silver in the mixed team competition.
