557 CITIZENS HAVE SIGNED PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENTS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE SHANYRAK PROGRAM

Within the framework of the state program "Nurly Zher" in the direction of "Shanyrak", 557 citizens of Shymkent city have signed purchase and sale agreements. To date, the bank has been working with these owners of credit apartments to draw up mortgage loan agreements for the apartment being purchased.

In addition, in the near future, within the framework of the "Shanyrak" direction, work will be carried out on concluding purchase and sale agreements with 336 applicants for apartments based on the results of a competition held by Otbasy Bank.

By the end of the year, 1728 citizens will receive credit housing under the "Shanyrak" program in Shymkent.
It should be noted that this year under the "Shanyrak" program, Otbasy Bank has accepted applications for the sale of 27 houses among waiting lists through its Internet resources.

Currently, from September 1 to September 15, a competition is being held to accept applications for 192 loan apartments sold in the direction "5-20-25" within the framework of the state program "Nurly Zher". All citizens registered in the housing queue can take part in the competition for this credit direction. To do this, citizens can apply online through the portal "baspana.otbasybank.kz".
