A NEW PROJECT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF VEGETABLE GROWING HAS BEEN LAUNCHED IN SHYMKENT
A project "Introduction and reproduction of the design of a mounted double-row seedling machine of the domestic model РПМ-2KZ for planting seedlings of vegetable and berry crops on mulched soil and open ground by organizing their small-scale production" is being implemented at the plant of KARLSKRONA FD IC LLP in Shymkent.
The project objective is to increase the acreage and yield of vegetable and berry crops by creating industrial samples and small-scale production of seedling machines of the РПМ-2KZ type for the implementation of farms in the agro-industrial complexes of the city.
According to the Directorate of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine of Shymkent, the small-scale production of the РПМ-2KZ will ensure the demand for sowing and planting agricultural machines of the vegetable-berry cluster; it will replace the import of agricultural machinery. In addition, it will reduce the number of employees and time, the amount of costs is reduced.
The introduction and development of a seedling machine in vegetable growing will allow to increase labor productivity in the vegetable and melon farming by 2.5-3 times. It is expected that the sown area will double and reach 4-5 thousand hectares.
