APPLICATIONS FOR CREDIT HOUSING ARE ACCEPTED FROM CITIZENS WHO ARE ON THE HOUSING QUEUE
Applications for credit housing in the direction of "Shanyrak" under state program "Nurly Zher" will be held in Shymkent on August 13 from 10:00 to 23:00 on August 23 of this year.
Direct sales under the "Shanyrak" program are carried out through the new portal of Otbasy Bank, the website "baspana.otbasybank.kz". Applications are accepted only from citizens who are on the housing queue. The initial payment is 10% of the cost of the apartment, the annual loan rate is 5%. The cost of 1 square meter of housing is 200,000 tenge.
It should be noted that in this direction this year, Otbasy Bank, through its Internet resource, accepted applications for the sale of apartments in 27 residential buildings in 3 stages.
