SHYMKENT RESIDENTS CAN INSURE CARS IN A SPECIAL ZONE
As part of the pilot project of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens", residents of Shymkent city were able to insure their car immediately in a special zone. Previously, such a service within the framework of the "pilot" was launched in June 2021 in the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty.
As noted by the deputy director of the branch of the NJSC "Government for Citizens" for Shymkent city, Aidos Ashetov, the client, when reissuing a car from a specialist, agrees to receive an electronic insurance policy. This not only saves time and expenses of citizens, but also completely eliminates the human factor.
"To issue a policy, you must provide the driver's IIN, phone number, SRN data and the vehicle's VIN code. After the application is processed, an electronic insurance policy is formed and the client receives an SMS about successful insurance. The registration of the policy will take 10 minutes, " Aidos Ashetov stressed.
We remind you that PSCs and special centers accept customers only by prior reservation. You can book a queue at the PSC through the eGov portal, the Unified Contact Center 1414 and the telegram bot @kenes1414bot.
