THE NUMBER OF HEROINE MOTHERS IS INCREASES IN THE KARATAU DISTRICT
The number of mothers who contribute to the development of the country's demography and to the upbringing of the younger generation increases in the district. In the Karatau district of Shymkent city, there are 1,064 mothers who have become owners of "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka" pendants. Of these, 193 mothers are the owners of "Altyn Alka", 871 mothers are owners of the "Kumis alka" pendant.
The pendants "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka" were approved in 1993 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. The procedure for awarding "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka" pendants to mothers with many children is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on State Awards.
According to the law, the order "Altyn Alka "is awarded to mothers who have given birth and raised seven or more children, and the order" Kumis Alka " is awarded to mothers who have given birth or adopted six children in accordance with the procedure established by law. The award is awarded to citizens when the youngest child reaches the age of one year and if there are other children alive.
It should be noted that when awarding the awards "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka", children of mothers who died or disappeared while protecting the interests of the country or performing other official duties, who died in natural disasters or in the performance of civil duty to save human life and material values, fight crime and protect public order, as well as those who died in such incidents due to injury, injury or illness are also taken into account.
