300 CITIZENS WILL BE AWARDED HOUSING CERTIFICATES FOR 1 MILLION TENGE
This year, the Shymkent City Housing Directorate plans to issue a housing certificate totaling 300 million tenge, allocated from the local budget, up to 1 million tenge to each citizen. It is a grant provided by the mayor's office with the support of city mayor.
The certificate is issued free of charge as a social assistance for the purchase of housing under the mortgage program or the state housing construction program approved by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to cover part of the down payment on mortgage housing loans.

The housing certificate is issued if the applicant, that is, the applicant and his / her family members (spouse, minor children) permanently living together with him / her have an average income from labor and business activities for the last six months that does not exceed the 2 minimum subsistence level per month (68604) established by law. This number does not include pension deductions, individual income tax and other mandatory deductions.
Specialists of state institutions and state enterprises of Shymkent city, in the field of health, education, culture, sports, law enforcement officers and civil servants, families with or raising disabled children, mothers with many children, awarded with "Altyn Alka", "Kumis Alka" pendants or previously awarded the title "Mother-Heroine", as well as awarded with the Orders of "Maternal Glory" of the I and II degrees, large families, single-parent families can participate in obtaining a housing certificate.
The list of required documents for a housing certificate includes an application form, a document certifying the identity of the applicant and family members, a certificate of income from labor and business activities for the last 6 months, a certificate from the place of work, a letter from the STB approving the issuance of a housing mortgage loan to the applicant for the purchase of housing, containing information about the amount of the loan, the amount of the initial payment and the amount of the monthly payment for a housing mortgage loan.
Acceptance of applications for a housing certificate is planned for the month of May. It will be previously reported in the media and social networks. It is worth noting that since this year, the state service "Issuing a housing certificate" has been fully automated. The reception of citizens ' documents for this service is carried out through the information system via the website www.kezekte.kz. To do this, every citizen must have an EDS (electronic digital signature).
