HOUSING WITHOUT A QUEUE IS NOT ISSUED
Today, about 30 citizens appealed to the Shymkent city mayor's office illegally demanding to provide them with housing. Some of them are on the queue for an apartment, and some have not registered at all in the queue for housing.
From the side of the mayor's office, the head of the relevant branch came out, who told the visitors at what stage of the queue they are and said that in accordance with Articles 67.74 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", housing from the state housing fund is provided in the prescribed manner and in the order of priority.
With such question, the city mayor receives a lot of residents. However, illegal queues or other issues are under the constant control of the city mayor.

In order to be placed on the queue it is necessary to be in one of the categories specified in the law (veteran of the GPW, orphaned children and children without parental care, mothers with many children, awarded with pendants «Altyn alka», "Kumis Alka", "Mother-Heroine" pendants, orders of "Maternal Glory" of the I and II degrees, large families, citizens from socially vulnerable segments of the population, civil servants, budget organizations and military personnel, as well as citizens whose only home is recognized as an emergency), registration in the city of Shymkent for the last three years and the absence of housing on the property right for the last five years.
We remind you that housing for this category of citizens is provided only within the framework of the law, in a certain order!
