Specialists of the employment and social programs departments of Kostanay, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions arrived at the "SHANYRAQ" center of the Employment and Social Protection Department of Shymkent city on the issues of resettlement of residents of the southern region to the north.
Meetings with the population were held in all city districts, organized by social workers and social activists.
According to experts, this year for each family member who moved from the south, one-time funds of 204 thousand tenge will be provided for resettlement. For example, when resettling a family of 4 children, 1 million 225 thousand tenge is issued. At the same time, 61 thousand tenge is allocated for housing rent and utility costs during the year for each family in rural areas, and 87 thousand tenge is allocated monthly in the city. And if certified teachers and doctors move, then under the program "with a diploma - to the village" they are offered housing at 0.01 percent.
"In Pavlodar, 307 apartments have been built for displaced people, now 200 apartments are waiting for their owner. Citizens who want to start their own business are provided with grants immediately, without any training. Those who want to build a private house, plant a garden, have the opportunity to get 25 acres of land without queues. The Serpin program also provides free educational grants to young people who want to study in the north. There is a free hostel, twice a year travel funds, 2 meals a day and even clothing, " - said Meruert Yesembayeva, head of the Employment Coordination Department of the Pavlodar region.
The event was also attended by two citizens who moved with their families from Shymkent and Almaty. One of them is Dilbar Medetbekova, a mother of 4 children. She is a native of Arys. I rented an apartment in Shymkent for 13 years. With the resettlement program, she moved to the North Kazakhstan region. In her specialty, she got a job at a school as a teacher, and her husband, having received a grant, opened his own business. Also, under the program "With a diploma to the village", they took more than 4 million at a low interest rate and purchased housing. The percentage of the allowance for these funds is only 4 thousand tenge. They note that there are all conditions for living, picturesque nature and there is no significant difference in food prices.
