THE CHIEF POLICE OFFICER OF SHYMKENT WAS VACCINATED AGAINST THE CORONAVIRUS
The head of Shymkent city Police Department, Police Major General Yeraly Zhumakhanbetov was vaccinated against the coronavirus.
"Well-being after vaccination is good. No side effects. Now the only way to protect myself and others from a dangerous infection is through vaccination. So I voluntarily inoculated myself. The local executive agency fully provides the department with the vaccine. As our employees work in direct contact with the population, all of them consciously take inoculations», says Yeraly Zhumakhanbetov.
Employees of the Shymkent Police Department have been voluntarily vaccinated against coronavirus since the beginning of March this year. In total, it is planned to vaccinate 2,600 employees. One of the first vaccinations was made by patrol police officers and district inspectors.
"Now there is a sufficient supply of vaccines in the medical institutions of Shymkent. By the end of April, more than 32 thousand doses of the coronavirus vaccine will be delivered, " said Yerlan Meldebekov, Deputy chief physician of the city Polyclinic No. 1.
It should ne noted that general practitioners, a psychologist, an immunologist, and nurses worked during the vaccination of police officers. Before the vaccine was administered, health workers measured each police officer's body temperature and blood pressure.
