A NEW HEAD OF SHYMKENT CITY INTERNAL POLICY AND YOUTH AFFAIRS DIRECTORATE HAS BEEN APPOINTED
Madi Manatbekuly has been appointed acting head of the Internal Policy and Youth Affairs Directorate by the order of Shymkent city mayor.
Madi Manatbekuly was born on May 25, 1978.
He started his career in 1998 as a journalist of the Republican newspaper "Nartaukel". In 1999, he worked as a journalist for the city newspaper "Shymkent Kelbeti", from 2000-a journalist on the TV channel "Otyrar", the author and anchor of the sports program" Topzhargan", the criminal program "Okiga izimen".
From 2001 to 2006, he worked as a news anchor on the Astana TV channel. He was also the author and anchor of the weekly information and analytical programs "Ush shirek" and "Ashyk angime". In 2006 he became a correspondent of the capital branch of TV channel «31 channel».
In 2007, he was appointed director of the advertising agency "MARMILAT". In 2008, he became a news anchor at the "Khabar Agency" JSC; from 2010 to 2013, he was the anchor of the weekly information and analytical program "Apta.kz" at JSC "RTRK Kazakhstan"; head of the department of socio-political programs. He held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of "RTRK Kazakhstan" JSC.
From 2013 to 2017, he was the General Director of "BAQORDA media group" LLP, from 2017 to 2018-the General Director of "Kazakh Radio" LLP, from 2018 to 2019-the Vice-president of NAO "Otandastar Fund". From 2019 to 2021 - General Producer of "Gorod Kino" LLP. From January 2021, he has held the position of director of the radio station "Astana".
