IN SHYMKENT, THE PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO MASS SPORTS THIS YEAR
This year, the special attention will be paid to mass sports in Shymkent in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State. So, this year it is planned to build 115 modern sports grounds, complete the construction of the "Metallurg" stadium and sports complexes of the 12th children's and Youth sports school.

To do this, in accordance with the President's instructions, this year we are paying attention to the development of mass sports. This year we will hold a "Youth League" among more than 117 thousand schoolchildren. This League will be held in four sports – football, volleyball, basketball and chess. The total prize fund is 80 million tenge. The teams that won in each direction, for the further development of the educational institution, we will give a reward in the amount of 20 million tenge, - said the mayor of the city.
It is worth noting that this year, in honor of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the "Shymkent Youth League" is designed to effectively spend the leisure time of schoolchildren, to form their will and perseverance through sports and to form teams for the championships of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
