In Shymkent, the factory for the production of shoes made of real leather by "JV "Lux Shoes" LLP operates on the territory of the special economic zone "Ontustik".
Shoe maker Gayrat Hasanbaev initially sold shoes. He had 15 years of successful experience selling shoes in the city’s markets. He successfully started his business, registered his brand and obtained a patent for it.
The production capacity of «Lux Shoes» is 120 thousand pairs of shoes per year. All models of footwear with the top of real leather have the necessary properties: well keeps warm, steam - and moisture-permeable, resistant to action sweat, well absorbs and gives excess moisture.
Turkish patterns are used in the production of shoes, but the models themselves are developed on the spot. At the same time, the shoes of the brand "Lux Shoes" are cheaper than their Turkish counterparts. The company has installed Turkish equipment of the brands "FANTES" and "COMELZ".
The shoe factory of JV Lux Shoes LLP is the first participant of the state program of crediting of priority projects "Economy of simple things" for purchase of the equipment in the factory. Within the framework of the program, the project was financed by ATF Bank JSC with borrowed funds at 15%, 9% of which is subsidized by the Damu Fund. The remaining 6% for the use of the loan is paid by the entrepreneur himself.
One of the most important goals of the company is to gain the market for products in the countries of Central Asia, as well as to become one of the best competitive enterprises in Kazakhstan.
