THE WORK OF PROCESSING ENTERPRISES IS RESUMED IN SHYMKENT
Today, the agro-industrial sector, including processing enterprises, contributes to the growth of the city's production potential. Currently, there are about 42 processing enterprises in Shymkent city.
One of them is the enterprise for processing dairy products "EM-NUR" LLP, which perfectly owns its industry. It is located in the residential area of Martobe, Karatau district.
The company, which started its work in 2001, received support from the state on the basis of a program provided to processing enterprises, and increased its production. Today, the population of the city is provided with high-quality dairy products.
The company, equipped with modern advanced technologies of Turkey, processes 6,600 tons of milk per year and, accordingly, produces 550 tons of cheese. In addition, 30 people are provided with permanent jobs.
The company's cheese products "Kashar-Peinir" (25% fat content), "Kachotta" (45% fat content), "Lengerskii" (25% fat content), "Lengerskii for pizza" (25% fat content) are exported to all regions of the country. They are also in demand in Uzbekistan and are sent to foreign countries.
