QUALITY OF SERVICES OF THE CAPITAL RENOVATED CITY POLYCLINIC NO. 1 HAS BEEN IMPROVED
The city polyclinic No. 1 of Shymkent city provides medical care to 500 visitors per shift. The number of the attached population is 46,196. The capacity of the polyclinic is 500 beds. Mayor of the city Murat Aitenov got acquainted with the current state of the renovated institution.
In 2020, the clinic underwent major repairs. The contractor "Kuat-Kurylys" LLP completed the construction work (473 million 535 thousand tenge) on time. After major repairs, the polyclinic's registry, doctors ' reception, vaccination, day hospital, treatment rooms and other medical services have been re-equipped in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and operate in a modern format. The promotion of a healthy lifestyle and social and psychological support for patients also improved.
The clinic has a day hospital. To date, 924 patients have been treated in the 30-bed day hospital. They are fully provided with the necessary medicines.
In accordance with the order of the city mayor, the institution is switching to an electronic system and introducing new directions. In particular, the clinic has launched the IMIS portal (integrated medical information system), an electronic registry. Patients are registered for an appointment through the "medical diary".
In addition, the clinic has created 9 mobile groups consisting of doctors, mid-level staff and social workers. At the same time, patients with elevated temperatures are monitored, prescriptions are issued, saturation measurement with a pulse oximeter, referral to radiography and CT, as well as online consultation of the population, organization of online consultations with specialists from certain industries, free delivery of medicines to citizens with chronic diseases who are under dispensary supervision.
The indicator of the institution's equipment with medical equipment is 69.79 %.
