SHYMKENT CITY MAYOR MET WITH AMBASSADOR OF HUNGARY
Shymkent city mayor Murat Aitenov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Kazakhstan Mihai Galoshfai and Consul General Ferenc Blaumann. The parties discussed the development of business relations and cooperation.
Hungary’s interest in further strengthening its trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation with our country is growing. It is worth noting that Hungary is the first State in Central Europe to sign a declaration on strategic partnership with Kazakhstan.
The city mayor thanked Mihai Galoshfai and Ferenc Blaumann for their contribution to the development of bilateral cooperation and called for the implementation of joint projects with Hungarian companies.

- Your country demonstrates an effective development model based on strong support for innovation. In this regard, we pay special attention to the implementation and development of joint projects with Hungarian companies. We welcome the investments of Hungarian companies in various industries - tourism, information technology, agriculture, mechanical engineering and other industrial areas. I invite the Hungarian business community to step up its activities in Shymkent. For this purpose, all conditions are created in our city. We have a favorable investment and business climate – " said the city mayor.
The city mayor noted the readiness for an open and constructive dialogue on topical issues of cooperation in the city's development. In this regard, the necessary issues will be resolved together with the Honorary Consul of Hungary in Shymkent Kairat Kusainovich.
It should be reminded that Mihai Galoshfai was appointed to this position in September last year.
