ISSUES OF RESIDENTS WILL NOT BE IGNORED
Shymkent city mayor Murat Aitenov has held 21 private meetings with 297 residents since the beginning of the year. As a result of the personal interviews, 228 people received explanatory answers and 69 questions were answered. It is worth noting that due to the pandemic this year, compared to the same period in 2019, the number of private meetings has decreased.
And, deputy mayors of the city have held 47 private meetings with 206 people. 155 of them received explanatory answers, and 40 citizens ' questions were resolved.
Since the beginning of the year, the management of Shymkent city has held 60 personal receptions, which were attended by 505 citizens. During the private meetings, 385 people received explanatory answers, the questions of 109 citizens were fully resolved. Currently, the problems of 11 citizens are being solved.
Most of the issues raised by citizens at the private meetings concerned housing and land issues.
In particular:
- housing issues - 129 citizens;
- land issues - 60 citizens;
- in the social sphere (wheelchairs, special social assistance addresses, etc.) - 50 citizens;
- public transport issues - 44 citizens;
- municipal assistance (15 thousand tenge) - 35 citizens;
- health care - 34 citizens;
- employment - 17 citizens;
- according to the quality of housing under construction-14 citizens;
- water, electricity, natural gas - 14 citizens;
- sanitary cleaning - 12 citizens;
- road repairs - 12 citizens;
- quality of the Internet - 5 people;
- environmental improvement - 3 citizens;
- construction of social facilities (school, clinic) - 2 people;
- repayment of the loan - 2 people;
- question of raising the wages of public workers - 1 citizen;
- pension issues - 1 citizen;
- construction of a playground - 1 citizen;
- assignment of the title "Honorary citizen" - 1 person;
- education - 1 citizen;
- entrepreneurship - 1 citizen;
- other matters - 66 people.
In addition, on November 23 of this year, 39 citizens were received at an extraordinary reception by deputy mayors of the city, mayors of districts, heads of departments.
