QR CODE SYSTEM LAUNCHED IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS
In Shymkent, work on the transition of medicine to digital technologies is well under way.
To date, the QR-code system has been launched in 33 public health facilities in the city. New technology can provide information on doctors, work schedules, work experience and patient feedback. These programs can save time, remotely exchange documents and automate work.
Through the application of the QR code, patients can make an appointment and call a specialist at home. Most importantly, conditions have been created for making demands, complaints and proposals. According to the Health Directorate of Shymkent City, the new project is planned to be launched in each medical facility, the quality of work in the field of medicine, clinics and doctors will be determined by digitalization.
In accordance with the order of city mayor, from the beginning of 2021, two institutions (city polyclinics No. 5 and No. 3) will be transferred to the "Smart Polyclinic" system as a pilot project.
