FOR THE FIRST 11 MONTHS OF THE CURRENT YEAR, CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES HAVE BEEN GRANTED 125 LICENCES.
Galymzhan Otenbayev, acting head of Quality and Urban Environment Control Directorate of Shymkent hold a briefing on the work done in 11-month.
According to Galymzhan Amirbekovich, the directorate has received 454 applications for obtaining a license, application and re-registration of construction companies since the beginning of the year. Of these, 125 licenses have been issued, 242 have been refused, and 73 have been reissued.
Besides, 206 applications for the expert certificate were received. Reviewed - 206. Including: certified-27, not certified-172, reissued-2.
- To address violations, the Directorate made 54 recommendations. Fifteen of them have been implemented. For violations of the law and the Land Code, 128 persons were held administratively liable and fined 31.7 million tenge. There are 5 inspectors in the Department of Architectural and Building Inspection of the Directorate of Quality and Urban Environment Control of Shymkent. That is, each inspector imposed a fine of 5.9 million tenge. Shymkent is the leader in the country according this indicator,- said G. Otenbayev
