ABOUT FIVE THOUSAND CITIZENS IN SHYMKENT BECAME OWNERS OF NON-REVOCABLE GRANTS
This year, 4,818 citizens received financial support in the amount of 200 monthly calculation indices within the framework of the state program "Enbek". Residents of the city who received non-revocable funds on the basis of a state grant, started their own business. They are mainly engaged in sewing, confectionery and animal husbandry.
According to the specialists of Shymkent city employment center, work in this direction has been completed by 98% for 11 months of this year. The recipients of the State grant may be young people who have undergone training in the first direction of the programme or who have completed a course on the basics of entrepreneurship within the framework of the project «Bastau-Business» and who have not previously received a grant under the State programmes, members of large and low-income families, able-bodied persons with special needs, and citizens who have moved from foreign countries.
