CITY MAYOR WAS ACQUAINTED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW AIRPORT PASSENGER TERMINAL
Landscaping works are underway on the territory of the new airport passenger terminal in Shymkent.
Mayor of the city Murat Aitenov got acquainted with the construction of a new facility. Construction and installation work began in March. The Contracting company is PMK-7K LLP. The total cost of the project is 874.5 million tenge. Improvement works will be completed by the end of the year.

To date, a number of construction and installation works have been completed. In particular, work is being completed on filling the soil in layers (32,891 M3), foundations and coatings made of gravel-sand mixture (31,580 M2), installation of side concrete stones (54,780 m3).
Also, 90% of the roadbed of coarse – grained asphalt (31,580 M2), 49% of the roadbed of fine-grained asphalt (31,580 m2), cable laying in the trench for video surveillance-95%, installation of roofing in the parking lot for cars-25%. A total of 50 people are involved in the construction.
Noting that tourism starts from the airport, the city mayor instructed the industry leaders to complete construction work on time.
