AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS WORTH 30.7 BILLION TENGE HAVE BEEN PRODUCED IN SHYMKENT
In Shymkent, priority is given to the processing of agricultural products. This year, it is planned to implement 18 investment projects in agriculture totaling 7.6 billion tenge.

– To date, 10 projects worth 5.3 billion tenge have been launched. As a result, agricultural products worth 30.7 billion tenge have beeen produced, which increased by 2% compared to the same period last year. The volume of investments in the industry amounted to 7 billion tenge and increased by 1.8 times compared to last year, - said M. Aitenov.
The speaker noted that the Head of State in his Address instructed to develop warehouse and transport infrastructure in the country, and in this direction a trade and logistics zone was created in Shymkent on an area of 92 hectares. Two companies now work here. In addition, 3 logistics projects are under construction.
