OPENING CEREMONY OF A NEW SCHOOL WAS HELD IN SHYMKENT
On the day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a new school was opened in Shymkent. Secondary school No. 135, located in the "Shym city" microdistrict is designed for 1200 places.
Shymkent city mayor Murat Aitenov got acquainted with the new educational institution.
Murat Duysenbekovich looked over the language lab, initial class rooms and technology for boys.
Besides, during the visit, the city mayor had a look at a game of young chess players. After familiarizing himself with the state of the school gym, the material and technical base, the city mayor signed the School Book of Memory.
Construction of the school building began in 2017. The project cost is 1 billion 448 million tenge. The General designer of the construction is Korkem saulet LLP. The contractor completed the construction work and delivered the object on time.
To date, the number of students in the school is 720. The educational institution, which occupies an area of 3 hectares, is equipped with a dining room, gym and medical center. The number of computers is 172. Currently the Director of the school is the honorary teacher Berikbai Mikheyev.
It is worth noting that the construction of a number of educational institutions is planned to be completed in Shymkent by the end of this year.
