SOCIAL SPHERES REPORT WAS HEARD AT THE PUBLIC COUNCIL OF SHYMKENT CITY
A regular meeting of Shymkent city Public Council was held. The meeting heard the report of the departments of housing, education, employment and social protection of Shymkent city for 10 months.
Deputy mayor of the city Maksut Isakhov presented a draft of a comprehensive scheme for the development of passenger transport in the city. Research has been conducted in this direction for 8 months. A number of projects are implemented in the city to develop this sector.
Head of the Education Directorate Zhanat Tazhieva informed about a number of topical issues in this area. They ways on solving issues in the field of education, training, improving the quality of education and other issues were discussed.
Head of the housing Directorate Galymzhan Tulepov reported on the work done and presented plans for the future.
Members of the Council stressed the need to pay special attention in the field of education for juvenile delinquency and work to prevent corruption.
In addition, a number of issues were discussed, such as improving the culture of public transport, providing youth with rental housing.
At the meeting, the alterations were also made to the composition of the Public Council of Shymkent city. In particular, the Chief Imam of Shymkent city, Bakdaulet Abdirahmanov, a pensioner Zhanzak Alibekov, Director of secondary school No. 81 n/a T. Tazhibaev Shadia Jenova, chief physician of the state municipal enterprise "City maternity hospital" Madina Kenzhebaeva, head of Department of the Agency for civil service Affairs in Shymkent Ali Komekbayev and the Chairman of the "Union of Afghan veterans and local wars" Galymzhan Maikhanov were admitted to the Council.
