DEPUTY MAYOR OF SHYMKENT HAS BEEN APPOINTED
By order of Shymkent city mayor, Yergali Bilisbekov has been appointed deputy mayor of the city.
Yergali Dauletbekovich was born in 1961, has higher education, specialty-head of cultural and educational work, economist, construction specialist.
He started his career in 1978 as a worker at Kazgalantereitorg in Shymkent.
1983-1984 Teacher-educator at the OKTU-38 educational institution in Shymkent.
1984-1988 Secretary of the Komsomol committee of Shymkent City Institute of pedagogical culture.
1988-1990 Deputy head of the Department - senior laboratory assistant of the Shymkent City Institute of pedagogical culture.
1990 - 2008, he headed a number of enterprises in Shymkent.
2008-2011 Deputy mayor of Shymkent.
2011-2012-Chief Inspector of the Department of organizational work and territorial development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.
2012-2014-Chief Inspector of the Regional Development Department of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.
2014-2017 Head of the Department for consumer protection of South Kazakhstan region of the agency for consumer protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2017-2018-Head of the Department of public procurement of the South Kazakhstan region.
2018 - present Head of the Department of public procurement of Turkestan region.
