II Civic Forum «Society and State: 30 years of partnership and development «Birgemiz» is held in Shymkent.
The civic forum is a traditional large-scale event that unites public activists of our city. This year, for the safety of participants, it was organized online.
Mayor of the city Murat Aitenov, who took part in the meeting online, noted that he is ready to discuss every project and unresolved issues aimed at the development of society at the forum.
- Non-governmental organizations contribute to solving a number of social problems in Shymkent. Today, there are about 800 non-governmental organizations operating in the city. Representatives of civil society make a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of our city.
The formation of civil society is the main direction of the country.
At today's forum, we are ready to discuss every project and other issues aimed at the development of society, - said the city mayor.
The forum will include seminars, round tables, discussion forums, questions and answers, and selectorial meetings with representatives of ministries and departments.
It should be noted that the forum is attended by Vice-Minister of social development of Kazakhstan Bolat Tilepov, President of the "Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan" Banu Nurgazieva, the Secretariat of the Shymkent city maslikhat, representatives of the Shymkent city branch of the Nur Otan party and NGOs in Shymkent.
