SHYMKENT: IN THE ABAY DISTRICT, INDIVIDUALS COMPLAINTS ARE DEALT WITH
In the State of the Nation Address, September 1, 2020 "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action", Head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev gave specific instructions to improve the standard of living of the population and create favorable conditions for them. In this regard, a live interview was conducted with the participation of Abay district mayor of Shymkent city Bukharbay Parmanov about the implementation of tasks set in the Address among the population and the work done in the district.
- In 9 months, the district administration received 341 complaints from individuals and legal entities, 124 of them were granted, 119 were clarified in writing, and 76 were sent to the competent authority. In General, about 70% of complaints are related to the infrastructure of localities: roads, drinking water and electricity. Relevant work in these areas is carried out by sectoral departments, " said Bukharbay Ryskulovich.
According to the Speaker, an investment of 29.3 billion tenge (13.9 billion tenge in 2021) was envisaged for infrastructure and entrepreneurship development in the district in 2020. And, due to the acquisition of the city’s new status, the rate of increase in property taxes and land taxes of individuals was 235% and increased by 138.0 million tenge.
