SHYMKENT: UNDER THE PROGRAMME «NURL ZHER» TWENTY RESIDENTIAL HOUSES WERE PUT INTO OPERATION IN NINE MONTHS
Shymkent is a great city with large real estate development. In the third metropolis, a number of construction works were carried out in 9 months of this year. This year, it is planned to build 154 objects.
Priority is given to the construction of multi-storey residential buildings. In particular, within the framework of Nurly Zher programme, 92 houses are under construction at the expense of a budget. 20 residental houses were put into operation in 9 months. Including: 8 residential buildings with 528 apartments in the administrative and business center, 12 residential buildings with 888 apartments in the "Shymkent city" microdistrict.
In October, 4 houses for 160 apartments will be put into operation in the Shymkent city microdistrict, and in December, 27 houses for 1708 apartments will be put into operation in the Turan microdistrict. By the end of the year, 3,284 families will be able to buy their own homes.
This year, the construction of 5 additional rental houses will be completed and 280 apartments will be put into operation. In addition, 696 apartments will be purchased on the real estate market in November. As a result, 976 apartments will be provided to citizens waiting in line for rental housing. Among them: 378 - large families, 298-socially unprotected segments of population, 300-working youth.
According to specialists of the Construction Directorate, 357.2 thousand square meters of housing were put into operation in 9 months, which is 118% more than in the same period last year.
