SHYMKENT: OVER 10 MILLION SALARY DEBT TO EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN RETURNED

– The work of the tripartite labour commission in Shymkent is being carried out at a new level by the administrative and social partners. More specifically, it’s a collective agreement, which is an agreement between an employer and an employee. By means of a legal document, both the employee and the employer can protect their rights. Unfortunately, the level of collective agreement with employees of our private enterprises is very low, - said Berik Aidarbekovich.
According to the chairman of the union, this year 8 enterprises owed 14 million 104 thousand tenge to 74 employees. Through the tripartite commission on the debt, 37 employees were returned 10 million 764 thousand tenge.
