126,635 PEOPLE WERE VACCINATED FOR ARVI IN SHYMKENT

The epidemiological situation in Shymkent is stable today. A number of measures are being implemented to prevent coronavirus infection. Acting head of city Health Directorate Pozilov Bakytzhan held a press briefing on the epidemiological situation.
In Shymkent, 5,129 people were treated for coronavirus infection. Over the past day, 2 people have been identified with coronavirus infection. Since August 1, 904 people have been registered for pneumonia, and 16 people have been registered in the last 24 hours.
The ARVI vaccination in the city has began on September 14. According to Bakytzhan Dzholdasbekov, currently 126,635 people have been vaccinated.
– Unfortunately, today 7 schoolchildren have infected with a coronavirus infection. All of them are pupils who study online. Overall, the epidemiological situation in the city remains stable.I want to say that everything depends on us. If residents maintain social distance and attach importance to quarantine measures, we will get rid of this epidemic as soon as possible. Therefore, I urge residents not to neglect their health, – said Bakytzhan Zholdasbekovich.
