SHYMKENT: "HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL COMPLEX" WILL ENSURE PROMOTION OF OUR NATIONAL VALUES
In accordance with the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2017 No. 103, with a view of requesting of market entities through the implementation of the public-private partnership mechanism, the state municipal state enterprise "Historical and cultural complex" of the Directorate of culture, language development and archives of Shymkent city will be created again.
Key activity of the state municipal state enterprise "Historical and cultural complex" (hereinafter - Enterprise) is to promote the historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the implementation of cultural and educational, research functions and history, archeology, architecture, urban planning, art, science, technology, aesthetics, Ethnology, anthropology, preservation and study, presentation to the public of real objects of interest from the point of view of social culture, created as a result of historical processes and events related to them, fine arts, sculpture, works of applied art, science, equipment and other objects of material culture.
The Enterprise's goal is provide protection, reconstruction, preservation and promotion of historical and cultural heritage.
