Nina Lychagina was born in 1927 in Gribanovsky District, Voronezh region. After graduating in 1946, he was sent to the South Kazakhstan region, where he worked in 1946-1960 as a zootechnician. In 1974-1986, he worked in the regional state inspectorate as the chief state inspector for the purchase of agricultural products. She was awarded the order "Enbek Kyzyl Tu" and the badge "Kurmet belgisi". Today he lives in the family of his grandson.
