On the establishment of restrictive measures on Shymkent city area

In accordance with the subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1-1 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dd July 10, 2002 "On veterinary science", by order of the Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dd June 29, 2015 No. 7-1/587 (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 11940) "On approval of veterinary (Veterinary and sanitary) rules" and on the basis of a submission to the territorial inspection of Committee of veterinary control and supervision of Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Shymkent city dd July 2, 2020 No. 03-12/414, the Shymkent city mayor's office DECREES:

  1. To establish restrictive measures on Kokmardan street in connection with the detection of a hotbed of brucellosis in Shymkent city, Abay district, Igilik residential area, Kokmardan street house No. 32.
  2. The State institution "Shymkent city agriculture and veterinary medicine directorate" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan should provide:

          1) state registration of this resolution in the Justice Department of Shymkent city;

          2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this resolution, to send a copy of it for official publication in periodicals distributed on the territory of Shymkent city;

          3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of Shymkent city mayor’s office after its official publication.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the first Deputy mayor of Shymkent Ye. Sadyr.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force from its first official publication date.
