In accordance with paragraph 1, article 23 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated September 28, 1995, the mayor of Shymkent city DECREES:
- To introduce the following amendment to the decision of Shymkent city mayor dd November 14, 2018 №9 "On the polling stations on the territory of Shymkent city" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 1, published in Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form, 23 November 2018):
to state in a new version the Annex 1 "Borders of polling stations of Shymkent city" according to the Annex to this decision.
- State institution "Shymkent city mayor’s administration" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan should provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Justice Department of Shymkent city;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this resolution, to send a copy of it for official publication in periodical print publication distributed on the territory of Shymkent city;
3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of Shymkent city mayor’s office after its official publication.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the head of Shymkent city mayor’s administration Ye. Alimkulov.
- This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after its first official publication date.
